Status: Upgrading from Ubuntu 20.10 to 21.04 (No Official Upgrade Yet)

 From the Ubuntu release announcement on their mailing list:

Users of Ubuntu 20.10 will be offered an automatic upgrade to 21.04 in due course once an upgrade bug in the "shim" bootloader is fixed. For further information about upgrading, see: https://ubuntu.com/download/desktop/upgrade and https://discourse.ubuntu.com/t/19221/#heading--release-upgrades

They are downloadable, editable and readable in pdf, epub, etc. formats. Background Rarely am I jealous of "anything Windows," but one of those is the Windows Power Tool that takes a screenshot of an image file and allows you to OCR any text in the image. But while I covet an exact replica for Linux use, I have settled on NormCap as my favorite alternative.
